Pay: $28 - $40 an hour based on Experience

Here's what we're looking for:
- 5 years' experience as a Lead Installer in the below installations
- Fully experienced in Start to Finish Installations of: Full cut ins, Retrofits, Heat Pump, Ultra LowNox, Single Head Mini Split, Multi-Head Mini Split, VRF Systems, Duct Systems and Light Commercial equipment
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members
- Able to direct, train and mentor less experienced members of your team
- Complete jobs on tight timeframes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass drug test and background check
- EPA Certified Required
- NATE Certified (preferred)
